Delete your Studyfin account & data

1. How to request deletion

You can delete a Studyfin account and its data in either of these ways:

1. From the parent/guardian dashboard (fastest). Sign in to your parent account at studyfin-32faa.web.app → open your Dashboard → select the child → Delete data. This permanently erases that student's account and associated personal data. To close a parent account entirely, delete each child, then request account closure via the method below.
2. Send us a request. Open a support ticket (or use the in-app assistant) with the subject "Delete my account and data," and include the Student ID or the account email so we can verify and locate the account. Only the account owner (the parent/guardian, school, or the account holder) may request deletion.

We verify that the requester owns or manages the account before deleting, to protect children's data. Requests are processed within 30 days; you'll receive confirmation when it's complete.

2. What is deleted, and what is kept

Deleted data is also purged from routine encrypted backups within the backup rotation (up to 90 days). Studyfin does not sell personal data or use children's data for advertising.
